To set the record straight for your website, I have always stressed during interviews that I am not the first to claim that cavitation causes fusion. I am the first to discover that cavitation produces a second solid form of water (crystallized cavitation reentrant jets) that is clearly not ice or EZ water and has a specific gravity = 5.5. I'm the first to discover that the crystal accelerates to relativistic speeds driven by zero point energy and the first to propose how this happens via the LeClair Effect. Fusion, fission and transmutation are only byproducts of the crystal being accelerated to relativistic speeds. I am the first to claim that cavitation via the LeClair Effect forms micro-black holes and supernovas. I am the first to sucessfully scale cavitation fusion based on my theories to produce thousands of watts instead of only a few watts as others have done. I was also the first to transmute the elements on a scale never before seen by others, producing grams of transmuted material in seconds instead of traces over the course of minutes or hours. I'm also the first to claim that most LENR effects (in water or water based solutions) are the result of the LeClair Effect, not electrochemistry.

The early pioneers of cavitation fusion include Griggs, Popotov, Stringham, Gaitan and many others, but most notably Dr. Andrei Lipson. I discovered recently that Lipson had published several papers in the early 1990's that claimed that cavitation reentrant jets caused fusion. Lipson also discovered what he called "polywater" during high pressure experiments with water in capillaries. This was probably the first observation of what I call the water crystal, although Lipson to my knowledge never discovered that cavitation produced the crystal or was responsible for producing fusion. More recently, Taleyarkhan also famously claimed in Science in a series of papers that cavitation caused fusion in his electrolytic cells.
